As a 100% Tanzanian-owned direct operator, we deliver private safaris, Mount Kilimanjaro climbs, and Zanzibar beach holidays across Tanzania's iconic destinations, including the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. We combine real-time field logistics with direct local pricing so our guests enjoy custom-built 4x4 Land Cruisers without paying overseas agency broker fees and wiring all the funds for the safari upfront. We prioritize your safety first by starting with only 20% of the full safari price, you only pay the remaining amount after you land in Tanzania. We do not act as re-sellers or booking agents we own our operations, manage our local team, and handle every detail of your journey directly from our Arusha operational base.

You send 20% by card, through Stripe or PayPal. We never ask for a wire, and we never ask you to use PayPal Friends & Family. You land in Arusha. You walk around the vehicle. Your quote already includes all park fees, crater entry fee, full-board meals, unlimited bottled water, English and Swahili guides, free pickup from your Arusha hotel or JRO, and vehicle and spectator insurance. What is not included: your flights, your visa, tips, drinks outside meals, and the paid add-ons (balloon, walking safari, night game drive, cultural visits). Every add-on has a published price on this page, so you can decide before you land.
International agencies add 40 to 150% on top of the same lodges, the same vehicle and the same guide, to pay for an office in London or New York. We're the operator, not the reseller. Same ground costs, no agency layer. Park fees are fixed by TANAPA: Serengeti entry is $82.60 per adult per 24 hours, the crater vehicle fee is $295, and a concession fee is $59 per person per night. Nothing about our price should read as a discount. It should read as the same trip, without the middle office.
That depends on where you go and when. In central Serengeti, in peak season, no one can promise you an empty sighting. What we can do: route you through the Western Corridor and Lobo, where there are 90% fewer tourists than central Seronera, and keep track of where the wildlife is every single day using ranger and scout updates. We can also tell you the months when you should not come, if what you actually want is quiet.
A 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser with OME suspension, a pop-up roof, a fridge and charging ports. Maximum 6 guests. On private itineraries you get the vehicle to yourselves; on group camping and group lodge tiers the vehicle is shared. We'll tell you which one applies to your quote, in writing.
